We’ve been out multiple times this summer peacock bass fishing without posting any reports. Shame on me. I’ve just been lazy. Miami still is producing great days fishing for these buterfly peacock bass which can only be caught in Ft. Lauderdale or Miami. Oh. Hawaii also if you care to fish for them on your vacation there. Each trip out has seen 15 to 25 fish boated up to four pounds mostly being caught on live shiners. Lure fishing can be hard at times but if you work at it you can catch a few.  South Florida is great for all types of fishing so give us a call if you are planning a fishing trip to Florida anytime soon.
