Yesterday we had Tim & Heather Gray and their buddy Scott Eynon out in South Florida for Peacock Bass near Miami. We landed 7 peacocks up to 4 lbs. which Heather caught holding up in this picture. Each fish was caught using small live shiners in the C-100 canal. The weather has been a little cool lately causing the fishing to slow down somewhat. The winter conditions change each week causing the water temperatures to rise and fall. Peacock Bass love warm to hot water which will provide the best action.
